Your confirmation email includes a link to reschedule or cancel your appointment at any time. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice so the slot can be offered to another guest.
Just yourself! For specific styling requests, feel free to bring inspiration photos. For long appointments, you're welcome to bring a snack or drink.
We accommodate walk-ins when our schedule allows, but appointments are always strongly recommended to guarantee your preferred time.
For most standard services, no deposit is required at booking. For longer or specialty appointments, a small deposit may be requested to secure your slot.
Absolutely. The booking system lets you add multiple services to a single appointment. If you don't see the combination you want, give us a call.
Please call us as soon as you know. A short delay is usually fine, but appointments more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled out of fairness to other guests.
